We have therefore made some preparations to host you and make your 2020 holiday safe and relaxing.
New Booking / cancellation policies
We think that flexibility is what you can appreciate in this moment of uncertainty and therefore we have decided to improve it by making changes to our cancellation police for your next reservations.
For existing reservations made before 1st April 2020 we offer:
– Free modifications, subject to availability and / or application of any tariff differences
– Free cancellations, with the following exception: if a deposit has been paid for an existing booking, the full amount of the deposit will be kept and can be used for a future stay at the Residence La Berna within one year from the date of cancellation.
For new bookings made from 1st April 2020 for any future arrival date we offer:
– Free changes up to 14 days before the arrival date. The changes will be subject to the availability and application of any tariff differences
– Free cancellations up to 21 days before the arrival date
Space for everyone
Residence La Berna enjoys large common areas that allow guests to move freely. Only the park surrounding the swimming pool covers an area of 6000sqm.
We are surrounded by a luxuriant nature, where there is no lack of isolated corners and of peace. You can safely play sports, go for walks, hike in the nearby mountains or go cycling in total freedom.
Security measures
We have adopted hygiene measures to ensure the safety of all our guests and collaborators to offer you a holiday of tranquillity and light-heartedness. We have intensified the sanitization of the entire structure, from the common areas such as the swimming pool, the bar and the reception to the apartments, equipping ourselves with all the tools and procedures to guarantee maximum hygiene.
Feel safe: sanitizing gel, masks and gloves will be present in common areas such as the reception and the bar / swimming pool. Our collaborators will all be properly educated and will all wear masks and gloves.
At the reception, we will guarantee a lean and safe service for the check in and check out procedures. All surfaces will be disinfected and cleaned several times a day, as per national protocols. The keys to your apartment will be delivered to you disinfected inside a plastic bag.
The swimming pool will be sanitized repeatedly with a mix of chlorine and the sunbeds will be spaced apart to guarantee you privacy, relaxation and safety.
At the bar we will guarantee the minimum safety space between the tables.
We do not lack the desire to start again and to see you again after a long time.
We could not embrace you in the true sense of the word this summer, but we will welcome you with the affection that distinguishes us. For our summer together!
